Privacy Policy

Overview

AgentTools MY is operated by TC Connect Global. This policy explains what information the Android app collects, why it is used and the choices available to you. The core calculators can be used without creating an account.

Information stored on your device

Without sign-in, preferences and cached currency rates remain on your device. Currency calculations are performed locally after rates are downloaded. We cannot access device-only information.

Information collected when you sign in

If you choose Google sign-in, we process your Firebase user ID and Google account email address. We also store information you provide in the app, including active property areas, preferred currencies, language and saved calculation history.

This information is used for account management, synchronization, personalization and restoring your settings across devices. We do not request your contacts, precise device location, photos or phone number.

Advertising and diagnostics

AgentTools MY may display Google AdMob advertising. Google and its partners may process device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app interactions, approximate location derived from network information and diagnostic data to provide, measure and protect advertising. Where required, the app requests your consent before requesting ads and provides advertising privacy options in Profile.

Manual sponsored placements may open an advertiser's external website. That website is governed by its own privacy policy.

Service providers

• Google Firebase Authentication for optional Google sign-in.
• Google Cloud Firestore for synced profile and history data.
• Google AdMob for advertising and advertising measurement.
• Frankfurter for exchange-rate data. We do not send your profile information with exchange-rate requests.

Sharing and sale of data

We do not sell your personal information. Data is shared with the service providers above only as needed to operate, secure and monetize the app, subject to their terms and privacy practices.

Retention, security and deletion

Synced account data is retained until you delete your account or request deletion. Data is transmitted using encrypted connections. No method of electronic storage is completely secure, but we use access controls and Firebase security rules to restrict account records to their owner.

You can permanently delete your account and synced data from Profile > Delete account. You can also submit a request through our Account Deletion page.

Children

AgentTools MY is a professional property toolkit intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18.
