Delete your AgentTools MY account

Account deletion permanently removes your synced profile, preferences and calculation history.

Delete inside the app

  1. Open AgentTools MY and select Profile.
  2. Make sure you are signed in.
  3. Select Delete account.
  4. Review both confirmations and type DELETE.
  5. Complete Google verification to finish deletion.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the same Google account used with AgentTools MY. Include the words “Account Deletion Request”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.

What is deleted

  • Your AgentTools MY Firebase Authentication account.
  • Your synced active areas, currencies and language.
  • Your saved calculation history.

Device-only cache or preferences can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling the app. Advertising providers may retain data according to their own legal obligations and privacy policies.
